Delivering 27mer DsiRNAs to Mice DRGs

DsiRNA was delivered in mice via IT injection using i-Fect. This added further support to the idea that the very potent DsiRNA coupled with a cationic delivery system that works in neurons is a very effective way to study the role of various genes in CNS function.

Announcing our first story: Dr. Mark Behlke

Story to be published July 11, 2008.
Dr. Behlke, his team and collaborators are working on improving the delivery of Dicer-substrate siRNAs (DsiRNAs) in vitro and in vivo.
His work has helped establish siRNA technology as a viable tool for drug development.
